Ok, we're convinced, we need to keep these snakes out of the CNMI.

So how do we do it? Read on.

History of Snake Sightings/Captures on Saipan:

Yes, it happens. Brown Tree Snakes do get transported to the CNMI from Guam in the transportation network. The sightings that we mention here are what we consider to be reliable. The person had a good look at the snake and knew what a snake was.

30 reliable sightings since 1986.

Since 1991, 7 snakes have been found/captured.

1 Dendrelaphis - harmless snake from Philippines, on Capitol Hill in the center of the island.

6 Brown Tree Snakes - 2 at airport, 3 at sea port, 1 on Capitol Hill in the center of the island.
