Fisheries
The Fisheries Section is composed of a Fisheries Research Program and a Fisheries Data Program. Overall, the Section is tasked with the preservation of endangered, threatened, and scarce species, the conservation and restoration of marine habitat, and facilitating sustainable fisheries for commercial, recreational and subsistence purposes.
